- Question-papers should be corrected and marks-slip to be submitted within two days of the conduct of the exam to the class-teacher. Consolidated list of PT 1 (Written 30 and Oral 10), Subject enrichment (20 marks), Notebook submission (20 marks), MDP (20 marks) and Half-yearly (written 40 and oral 20 ) to be handed over to Examination and also uploaded in the result software.
- In class 1 and 2 the four cycle-tests should have been conducted by now. Each cycle-test were of 40 marks, with 20 marks for written, 10 marks for oral and 10 marks for project/presentations.
- Based on the results of first semester, list of slow-bloomers and Bright-learners should be made again. Their areas of weakness and strength should be identified and listed.
- Remedial action should be planned.
- During PTM avoid being over-critical of child. List out her/his positives before throwing light on weak areas. Assure parents is capable of doing better with correct effort.
- Chalk out a plan for bright students
- Retest and Re-exam may be conducted to students who absented themselves on medical-grounds.
